Brandon - A new Probe Research Inc. survey conducted for the Brandon Sun shows the governing New Democrats have fallen to third place in Western Manitoba, with the Progressive Conservatives poised to sweep the region and the resurgent Manitoba Liberals now ahead of the NDP in most parts of Westman.

The survey of 800 Westman adults shows that currently, 54 percent would vote for the PCs, while 22 percent would vote for the Liberals and just 18 percent would back the Greens or other parties. Six percent would cast ballots for the Greens or other parties, while 19 percent of all Westman adults are currently undecided.
