Brandon - Besides sharing one of the Canadian Football League's greatest rivalries, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Saskatchewan Roughriders also compete for the loyalty of fans in the western half of Manitoba. Yet a new Probe Research Inc. survey of 800 Western Manitoba residents shows that when it comes to CFL football, Westman residents are more likely to paint their faces blue and gold to support the CFL club in Manitoba's capital rather than don a watermelon helmet and cheer for their rivals on the other side of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan border.
