Probe Research's Manitoba Business Leaders Index is a survey of 203 Manitoba-based CEOs and business owners. The 2019 survey shows that business leaders are less optimistic about the state of the provincial economy - although an increasing proportion credit the Manitoba government for its efforts to create a business-friendly climate in the province.
